Fathers Day 2017

Whole School

On 28 August 2017, Kindergarten children invited their Dads to school to share in a woodwork incursion. This is an exciting event that the children really look forward to. They not only get to spend time with their Dads, but also use saws, hammers and nails to make all manner of items out of wood. The children had such a great time and went home with planes, trucks, cars and numerous other inventions. The Dads seemed to enjoy themselves too and everyone went home with the same 10 fingers they came with, which was a relief to us all!

School Dads and Grandads joined students early on Friday 1 September to share a delicious breakfast prepared by Food Technology and Hospitality students and staff. Thank you to the Parent & Friends Association for your input into this successful yearly event.
