Learners Today,
Leaders Tomorrow

At Swan Valley Anglican Community School, we inspire our students to be the best they can be, whatever pathway they choose.

Melissa Powell (Principal)

Welcome to Swan Valley Anglican Community School. I consider it an absolute privilege to be Principal of such a vibrant learning community that actively encourages students to achieve personal excellence in an inclusive, supportive environment. Our school is a place where all individuals are valued for their unique qualities and talents. Our academic, pastoral and co-curricular programs, supported by our exceptional teaching staff, are critically important in providing opportunities for our students to grow and develop in mind, heart, body and spirit.

Achieving our personal best is at the heart of everything we do, each and every day. Our aim is to instil in our students a thirst for knowledge, a confidence in individual abilities, and the importance of celebrating the talents that each of us possess.

We encourage a high level of personal integrity, respect and compassion for others, as well as a sense of individual responsibility - not only to the school community, but also to society as a whole.

Ultimately, what Swan Valley Anglican Community School offers is an opportunity for our students to explore their full potential. Our highly experienced staff have the passion, drive and abilities to inspire and guide our students to be the very best they can be.

Our school offers a dynamic curriculum that challenges and extends students in their academic and personal growth. We are justifiably proud of our academic record and achievements. In recent years, students from Swan Valley Anglican Community School have achieved outstanding results, including:

This was particularly evident in the lovely surprise video that the Year 12 students made for me after my first six months as Principal of the school. You might like to take a look: Year 12 Video
