We are seeking an organised, professional and proactive Administration Assistant (Primary) to support the Deputy Principal and Primary Executive Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Primary School programs, communication and daily activities, contributing to a positive and well‑coordinated school environment.
About the Role
You will deliver efficient administrative support across the Primary School, including:
- Preparing student reports, certificates and awards
- Supporting Parent–Teacher interviews and Primary meetings
- Maintaining curriculum, wellbeing and course handbooks
- Managing RollCall bus bookings and SmartRider orders
- Drafting and distributing communications
- Monitoring shared inboxes and managing enquiries
- Liaising professionally with staff, families and students
- Supporting Student Services and the Primary Executive Team
About You
You are a highly organised and efficient administrator who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy school environment. You will bring:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communicator
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and school systems
- Proactive, reliable and aligned with Anglican values
- School experience desirable
Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
