We are seeking an organised, professional and proactive Administration Assistant (Primary) to support the Deputy Principal and Primary Executive Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Primary School programs, communication and daily activities, contributing to a positive and well‑coordinated school environment.

About the Role

You will deliver efficient administrative support across the Primary School, including:

  • Preparing student reports, certificates and awards
  • Supporting Parent–Teacher interviews and Primary meetings
  • Maintaining curriculum, wellbeing and course handbooks
  • Managing RollCall bus bookings and SmartRider orders
  • Drafting and distributing communications
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and managing enquiries
  • Liaising professionally with staff, families and students
  • Supporting Student Services and the Primary Executive Team

About You

You are a highly organised and efficient administrator who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy school environment. You will bring:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communicator
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and school systems
  • Proactive, reliable and aligned with Anglican values
  • School experience desirable

Requirements

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
