Swan Valley Anglican Community School (SVACS) offers the following scholarships each year:

All-Rounder Scholarships

Doug Swingler All-Rounder Scholarship (Years 7-12)
Jaye Radisich Memorial All-Rounder Scholarship (Years 7-12)

Doug Swingler All-Rounder Scholarship (Years 7-12)

This scholarship is named in honour of Mr Doug Swingler, who was Chair of SVACS School Council 2012-2024. Mr Swingler also contributed significantly to SVACS as an Interim Principal in 2012.

  • Applicants must currently be attending a school other than Swan Valley Anglican Community School.
  • Provides for up to 100% remission of tuition fees only at SVACS for the relevant years of schooling across Years 7-12 (depending on the School Year of application).
  • Applicants are expected to demonstrate academic excellence and the ability to contribute to the school community in other ways (eg: Leadership, Sport, Music, Drama, Dance).

Jaye Radisich Memorial All-Rounder Scholarship (Years 7-12)

This scholarship is named in honour of the late Ms Jaye Radisich MP, whose active support and encouragement were instrumental in the foundation of SVACS.

  • Applicants must currently be attending a school other than Swan Valley Anglican Community School.
  • Provides for up to 100% remission of tuition fees only at SVACS for the relevant years of schooling across Years 7-12 (depending on the School Year of application).
  • Applicants are expected to demonstrate academic excellence and the ability to contribute to the school community in other ways (eg: Leadership, Sports, Music, Drama, Dance).

Dawn Lindsay Exceptional Ability (Academic) Scholarships (Years 5-12)

This scholarship is named in honour of Mrs Dawn Lindsay, who served on SVACS School Council 2006-2020.

  • All applicants are considered, any year level from Year 5 onwards, including students currently attending Swan Valley Anglican Community School.
  • Provides for up to 100% remission of tuition fees only at SVACS for the relevant years of schooling across Years 5-12 (depending on the School Year of application).
  • Applicants are expected to display exceptional ability in any academic field.

SVACS Academic Scholarships (Year 7)

  • All applicants are considered, including students currently attending Swan Valley Anglican Community School.
  • Provides for up to 100% remission of tuition fees only at SVACS for Years 7-12.

SVACS Academic Scholarships (Year 11)

  • All applicants are considered, including students currently attending Swan Valley Anglican Community School.
  • Provides for up to 100% remission of tuition fees only at SVACS for Years 11 and 12.

Ian MacGregor Exceptional Ability (Co-curricular) Scholarships (Years 5-12)

  • All applicants are considered, any year level from Year 5 onwards, including students currently attending Swan Valley Anglican Community School.
  • Provides for up to 100% remission of tuition fees only at SVACS for the relevant years of schooling across Years 5-12 (depending on the School Year of application).
  • Applicants are expected to display exceptional ability in any co-curricular field, such as Sport or Performing Arts (Music, Drama, Dance etc). Demonstrated success at State or National level is expected.

Endeavour Scholarships (Year 7)

  • Applicants must currently be attending a school other than Swan Valley Anglican Community School.
  • Provides for up to 100% remission of tuition fees only at SVACS for Years 7-12.

Endeavour Scholarships (Year 11)

  • Applicants must currently be attending a school other than Swan Valley Anglican Community School.
  • Provides for up to 100% remission of tuition fees only at SVACS for Years 11-12.

Diversity Scholarships (Years 7 - 12)

  • Applicants must currently be attending a school other than Swan Valley Anglican Community School.
  • Provides for up to 100% remission of tuition fees only at SVACS for the relevant years of schooling across Years 7-12 (depending on the School Year of application).
  • Categories include:
    • Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students
    • Students from a refugee family
    • Students from a non-English speaking background
    • Students with a disability.
