As our school continues to grow and excel, we are seeking an organised, personable and proactive Administration Assistant (Secondary) to join our Secondary School team.

This role provides high‑level administrative support to the Deputy Principal and Secondary Executive Team and is integral to the smooth, efficient operation of Secondary programs, assessments, communication and events.

About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Secondary School by:

  • Supporting NAPLAN, OLNA and AAS administration
  • Managing exam materials, reports, certificates and awards
  • Assisting with Parent–Teacher interviews and course counselling
  • Supporting Secondary events, assemblies and key activities
  • Maintaining Secondary curriculum and wellbeing handbooks
  • Managing the Secondary locker register
  • Drafting and distributing communications
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and responding professionally
  • Providing high‑level executive support to the Secondary leadership team
  • Assisting Secondary Student Services when required

About You

You are a highly organised and efficient administrator who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy school environment. You will bring:

  • Highly organised, efficient and detail‑focused
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and school systems
  • Proactive, discreet and able to manage competing priorities
  • Experience in a school setting (desirable)
  • Alignment with Anglican values

Requirements

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
