We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Enrichment Education Assistant to join our Secondary School team. You will be part of a collaborative group of teachers and support staff committed to delivering inclusive, student‑centred education in line with our Anglican values of Commitment, Compassion, Excellence, Inclusion, Resilience, and Respect.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and differentiated learning programs. You will help create a safe, caring, and supportive environment where students of all abilities can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting students with a diverse range of needs in the mainstream classroom
· Promoting student wellbeing and social engagement
· Collaborating with staff
· Participate in school events, excursion and professional development
About You
You are a compassionate and energetic individual who values teamwork and student wellbeing and brings:
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to support inclusive education practices
· Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
· Passion for student-centred learning and student wellbeing
Essential Qualifications:
· Certificate IV in Education Support
· Current Working with Children Check
· Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
