We are looking for a passionate, creative and inspirational teacher to join our Learning Enrichment team.This role offers a meaningful opportunity for an educator with strong experience in Gifted and Talented education, dedicated to delivering inclusive, differentiated learning, case-managing students with additional needs, and using data to design targeted programs for individuals and groups.
Our ideal candidate is a collaborative educator with a strong understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices and a proven ability to support and empower students with diverse learning needs—including Gifted and Talented, Learning Support, and English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D).
About You
You are a vibrant and enthusiastic educator who brings:
- A passion for inclusive education and Gifted and Talented education
- An ability to interpret data, implement appropriate next steps and report on progress.
- Experience in implementing differentiated teaching strategies
- A commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment
- A Bachelor of Education (or equivalent) and current TRBWA registration, and it is desirable that you have a post-graduate qualification in Gifted Education and/or Learning Difficulties.
