We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Enrichment Education Assistant to join our Primary School team for Semester 2, 2026 (with possibility of extension). You will be part of a collaborative group of teachers and support staff committed to delivering inclusive, student‑centred education in line with our Anglican values of Commitment, Compassion, Excellence, Inclusion, Resilience, and Respect.


About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and differentiated learning programs. You will help create a safe, caring, and supportive environment where students of all abilities can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Support teachers in delivering educational programs, including ICT integration and small group instruction

·        Prepare and maintain classroom resources, equipment, and displays

·        Supervise and assist students during excursions and out-of-class activities

·        Provide general care, wellbeing support, and minor first aid to students

·        Participate in school events, excursion and professional development

·        Perform administrative tasks and attend meetings


About You

You are a compassionate and energetic individual who values teamwork and student wellbeing and brings:

·         Strong communication and collaboration skills
·         Ability to support inclusive education practices
·         Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
·         Passion for student-centred learning and student wellbeing

Essential Qualifications:

·         Certificate IV in Education Support
·         Current Working with Children Check
·         Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
