Administration Assistant - Curriculum
Permanent | Term time only (43 weeks)
Commencement Date: As soon as Practicable
As our school continues to grow and excel, we are seeking an organised, detail-focused and proactive Administration Assistant – Curriculum to join our team.
This role supports the effective management, reporting and integrity of student data and curriculum processes. Working closely with Executive and Senior Leadership, this position is integral to ensuring accurate student information, regulatory compliance, and smooth academic administration across Years 7–12.
About the Role
You will support curriculum, assessment and data processes by:
- Maintaining accurate student records and reporting across school systems
- Preparing data for school, regulatory and external authority requirements
- Coordinating NAPLAN/OLNA and supporting WACE and NCCD processes
- Supporting exams, assessments and semester reporting cycles
- Coordinating Parent–Teacher interviews and related communications
- Collating data for reporting, academic awards and certificates
- Providing high-level administrative support to key staff

You are a highly organised, detail-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:
- Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced administrative and data management capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school systems
- Discretion, initiative and ability to manage competing priorities
- School experience (desirable) and alignment with Anglican values
Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
