We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level administrative and executive support during a fixed-term period.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the school, supporting the Principal while engaging with staff, parents, and the wider school community. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Principal’s Office and contributing to the ongoing success of the School.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Principal, you will:
- Manage the Principal’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidential records and files with discretion
- Act as a key liaison for staff, students, parents, and stakeholders
- Coordinate Principal-led events, meetings, and School Council administration
- Support communications and marketing activities
- Assist with projects and day-to-day operations of the Principal’s Office
About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator who thrives in a fast-paced and people-focused environment. You bring:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administration role
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High-level interpersonal and customer service skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Discretion, initiative, and professionalism
Experience in a school or education environment will be highly regarded.
Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours occasionally (e.g., School Council meetings)
