Flexible working arrangement: Option to take leave during school holiday periods by agreement

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level administrative and executive support during a fixed-term period.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of the school, supporting the Principal while engaging with staff, parents, and the wider school community. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Principal’s Office and contributing to the ongoing success of the School.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Principal, you will:

  • Manage the Principal’s calendar, meetings, and correspondence
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain confidential records and files with discretion
  • Act as a key liaison for staff, students, parents, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate Principal-led events, meetings, and School Council administration
  • Support communications and marketing activities
  • Assist with projects and day-to-day operations of the Principal’s Office

About You

You are an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator who thrives in a fast-paced and people-focused environment. You bring:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administration role
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High-level interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Discretion, initiative, and professionalism

Experience in a school or education environment will be highly regarded.

Requirements

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours occasionally (e.g., School Council meetings)
